If this sounds like you, apply directly and reach out to Nathan Tillema at Robert Half via 719-249-5174.Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer:• Effectively manage all accounting functions for the organization.• Manage financial risk and mitigate through analysis, reports, and forecasts.• Oversee audit processes.• Lead month and year end close.• Prepare financial statements, forecasting models, analyses, and ad-hoc reports for operational leadership to support critical decision-making.• Proactively partner with the CFO, other vice presidents and the executive leadership team to develop and execute long-term financial plans.• Support CFO where possible in CFO’s absence.• Provide strategic analysis to build reports and communicate to leadership• Manage and oversee staff of 14 total with two direct reports.• Perform other duties as assigned.
